Unlike many other radio amateurs, I am not really interested in contesting or other forms of amateur radio competitions. On the other hand, it is of course nice to receive recognition for the fact that you have made a number of QSOs according to certain conditions. These recognitions come in the form of certificates or awards, well-known are the DXCC, WAC and the Dutch PACC.
