According to the Cambridge Dictionary a knowledge base is a collection of information about a particular subject. It is an easy guess what that particular subject is on this website. 😉
Where other parts of this website contains continuously changing or updated information, this knowledge base has more static information. It will be nothing more than a very small library of reference information and documents. The only 'dynamic' part of this knowledge base is the list of bookmarks to other Ham related websites, these bookmarks will change every now and then and the content of those websites may vary. Of course the latter is out of my control.
